Two More MCMIX M100s for Ivory Coast!

One MCMIX Mobile 100 was already part of this customer's operation in Ivory Coast. The next order added two more.

The two additional Mobile 100 concrete batching plants were manufactured and commissioned for the same customer, extending an existing MCMIX installation with two further units of the same model.

Familiar architecture, however, does not mean treating every order as a copy of the one before it. The existing operation provided detailed knowledge of the customer's production conditions, material characteristics and day-to-day requirements.

Configured Around Known Material Conditions

One of those characteristics is the high moisture content of the sea sand used in production.

For the two additional Mobile 100s, polyamide liners were applied at the relevant aggregate weighing and discharge sections to support material flow under these known conditions.

Each plant is configured with a 4 × 12.5 m³ aggregate bunker and a 2 m³ twin-shaft mixer. Separate aggregate pre-feeding systems provide ground-level material loading, completing the configuration of the two mobile plants.

Repeat business may bring familiar machinery back into production.

With two additional Mobile 100s commissioned for the same customer, three MCMIX plants now form part of the operation in Ivory Coast.
