Two Lines, One System: MCMIX Plants Operating Side by Side in Bazian, Iraq

With both MCMIX batching plants now fully installed and commissioned at ENKA’s Bazian site in Iraq, the project has moved beyond individual deliveries into a stable, coordinated production setup.

Earlier this year, an overhauled MCMIX M100, returned to our facility after years of service, was recommissioned for the site with expanded capabilities, including new cement silos and an ice-handling system. Shortly after, a newly supplied MCMIX M60S was installed alongside it, adding a second production line optimized for mobility, fast setup, and day-to-day flexibility.

Seen together, the two plants form a balanced operation:
One line is configured for sustained, higher-volume output, the other supporting adaptable, responsive production as site conditions evolve.

The installation reflects a practical approach to capacity planning where refurbishment and new supply are not alternatives, but complementary tools. Rather than replacing what already works, the system builds on proven equipment while introducing additional flexibility where it is needed.

Now fully operational, the Bazian site functions as a unified production system, designed around continuity, coordination, and long-term use rather than short-term milestones.
