Small Footprint, Extended Reach: MCMIX Mini 30 Commissioned in Burkina Faso
In Burkina Faso, a newly commissioned MCMIX Mini 30 concrete batching plant has been brought into operation, supporting on-site production with a compact and efficient setup.
Designed for fast installation and direct site integration, the Mini 30 is built around a 0.5 m³ planetary mixer and a 4-bin aggregate hopper, supported by an integrated water and admixture system. The configuration allows concrete discharge to be transferred directly from the mixer to the transit mixer, simplifying material flow and reducing handling steps.
What defines this installation is not its scale, but its layout.
A compact batching core is extended by a long transfer conveyor, creating a clear, directional production line across the site. The result is a setup that minimizes congestion while maintaining steady output, even under open, demanding field conditions.
The control cabin, integrated into the plant chassis, ensures straightforward operation and quick startup, making the system well-suited for small to medium-scale projects where time and space must be managed carefully.
With this installation, the Mini 30 enters operation not as a scaled-down alternative, but as a precise, site-adapted solution designed for consistency, mobility, and immediate use.
