MCMIX M60S Concrete Batching Plant Commissioned for Bechtel-ENKA JV in North Macedonia

We’re proud to announce the successful commissioning of another MCMIX M60S concrete batching plant—this time in North Macedonia, delivered to one of our long-standing collaborators, Bechtel-ENKA UK 2 Limited.

Operating under challenging timelines and project conditions, the M60S was selected for its high mixing efficiency, robust design, and streamlined installation process. This unit includes:

• 4x12.5 m³ Aggregate Bunker

• MCMIX 1 m³ Single Shaft Mixer

• 120-Ton capacity twin silo system

• Galvanized additive and water weighing systems

• Full automation with Delta PLC + PC + Printer integration

• Weather-Resistant Housing and Climate-Controlled Cabin

• Customized enclosure using trapezoidal and sandwich panel systems for insulation and protection

With a strong emphasis on reliability and cost efficiency, the M60S continues to prove itself as a favored solution for high-profile infrastructure projects where uninterrupted output is non-negotiable.

This latest installation builds on our long history of cooperation with Bechtel-ENKA in various locations around the globe. As always, the commissioning process was handled on-site by MCMIX’s technical experts to ensure seamless startup and training.
