A Familiar Destination: Another MCMIX Plant in Kazakhstan

Some destinations become familiar through repetition. For MCMIX, Kazakhstan is one of them.

With more than 30 concrete batching plants delivered to the country, the latest MCMIX Compact 60 joins an established presence built one installation at a time.

Set against a broad mountain landscape, the new plant brings a familiar arrangement of red and white steelwork to another Kazakh site. Its configuration follows a straightforward production sequence, from aggregate storage and weighing to transfer, mixing and discharge.

The installation features a 4 × 15 m³ aggregate bunker with a total storage capacity of 60 m³, feeding a covered transfer conveyor and an elevated T1000 twin-shaft mixer. With a 1 m³ mixing capacity and two 22 kW motor and gearbox units, the mixer forms the center of the wet-batch production system.

The specification also includes galvanized water and additive weighing hoppers, galvanized platforms and safety barriers, an air-conditioned control cabin, and an electrical automation system based on Delta PLC technology.

Across Kazakhstan, MCMIX installations now represent different projects, configurations and production requirements. This Compact 60 adds another site to that growing footprint.
